Top Marks for D&P Holt

Coventry-based commercial agents D&P Holt have been given top marks after completing the final letting in an office building in the city.

There were seven units available at Westwood House on Westwood Business Park up until recently but D&P Holt has attracted a range of new occupiers which the firm says is a sign of the improving economic picture.

The final letting has gone to specialist recruitment company, justteachers, and has been let on behalf of Coventry City Council.

Nick Holt, of D&P Holt, said: “We are delighted to have fully let Westwood House and we wish all of the companies and organisations every success within the building.

“It’s a sign that the economy in this area is really strengthening to have taken Westwood House from being less than half-full to fully occupied. There are a good mix of occupiers and it’s a good barometer of the local economy to see the building full.

“There’s certainly a very strong feeling of optimism and a very good level of enquiries.”
