David and Peter Holt have established a team of highly experienced surveyors with an excellent, and probably unsurpassed, knowledge of the Warwickshire and West Midlands commercial and industrial property market. The focus of the team is to provide a highly individual service to a wide range of clients.

The business was established in 1996 following a "management buyout" from Richard Ellis, and its origins go back to the former family business of Cartwright Holt which was sold to the Halifax Building Society in 1988.
