Earlsdon Park is a major regeneration project in Coventry City Centre incorporating the existing neo classical former College Building dating back to 1935.

The developers MCD have already secured a tenant for the 65,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent building with the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) bringing 500 staff and a further 200 visitors per day catalysing further business within the scheme.

The scheme will house 500+ residential apartments, office space, leisure and retail as well as two multi-storey car parks.
