2) A physical drive by of the main opportunities that arise while looking for alternate opportunities and preparing a specific report and market overview on what has been found.
3) Following discussion and consideration with the client, a short list of properties will be considered and viewings arranged in the hope that a suitable building will be identified.
4) D&P Holt would then open up negotiations for acquiring the property and provide specific advice to the client on values, planning, any other property related matters required to achieve a successful acquisition
