Having originally introduced this opportunity to the developers, D&P Holt worked with them to acquire options on strategic pieces of land for the purposes of an expansion of the development and to be able to build the necessary road infrastructure to service the site.

Since the successful land assembly, Prologis Developments have built in excess of 2,000,000 sq ft of accommodation on the site with various large distribution units being let to Mastercare, Exel Logistics, Terex Benford, Tesco, Co-Op and Gefco.

A number of design and build facilities have also been constructed for Domestic & General, Richard Austin Alloys, Barsan Global Logistics, and the most recent being for Metalock extending to approximately 23,500 sq ft.
