I have worked with the Directors of D&P Holt on a number of projects over the past 20 years. One of the most significant projects we have collaborated on is the former Coventry Colliery, now known as ProLogis Park, Coventry. The local knowledge and professionalism of the D&P Holt team was essential to the project’s success and, without this, the risk of promoting the site through the planning process would probably have been unsustainable.
Since securing planning permission, D&P Holt has played an instrumental role in helping to attract the purchasers of around 30 acres of residential development land and in letting or disposing of over 2 million sq ft of office, industrial and warehouse space.
We have maintained a strong working relationship with D&P Holt for our work in the Coventry and Warwickshire area. Most recently, they have worked with us on a new 55 acre regeneration site known as Paragon Park, acted as commercial agents on the New Stoke area (the former Peugeot Stoke Works) and have advised on other strategic land and development opportunities in and around the Coventry and Warwickshire area.
