David is a Director of D&P Holt Limited and specialises in development, investment and landlord & tenant. He is responsible for new commercial and office developments and advises corporate bodies on all matters including acquisitions, disposals and strategic studies.

David is an Old Coventrian, with many local interests. A founder member of Coventry First, a trustee of the WPH Trust and a keen sportsman. He is a member of the IPF and BCO.

David enjoys golf and tennis and is a member of the Coventry Golf Club and the Warwick Boat Club. Other interests include skiing, sailing, gardening, theatre and music

Peter is a Director of D&P Holt Limited and specialises in development, investment and agency work. He works with both regional and national developers and provides strategic advice on new commercial and industrial developments and further advises corporate bodies and occupiers on all property matters including acquisitions, disposals and strategic advice.

Personally, Peter is a past Captain of Coventry Golf Club and is currently a member of the English Golf Union Property Board

Rupert joined D&P Holt Ltd in June 1997, having worked in the London area (M4 and M40 corridors) for 12 years.

Rupert is a Director of D&P Holt and heads the Agency Department dealing with sales, lettings and acquisitions across the complete commercial property spectrum and has extensive knowledge of the Coventry and Midlands commercial property market. Accordingly, the D&P Holt team can offer extensive advice on commercial and industrial developments through the whole process from site acquisition and design, strategic advice on values and demand criteria through to completion of the sale/disposal of the created scheme or investment.

Rupert has been involved with a number of key successful development schemes in the Coventry area over the last decade, including Prologis Park, Cyan Park, Middlemarch Business Park and Office Village and Swallow Gate Business Park.

Rupert is also a Coventry City supporter, seen regularly at the Ricoh Arena cheering on the Sky Blues.

Martyn Howard is a Director of D&P Holt Limited and heads the commercial property management and professional teams. He is able to tailor property management solutions to benefit new clients in this growth area of business and is active in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties. Martyn works closely with Barry Andrews on lease renewal, rent review, dilapidation claims, valuation and rating work.

Barry Andrews features large in the Landlord & Tenant, Valuation and Rating Departments and has been with the company since its inception in 1996. He has practiced in the Coventry, Warwickshire and West Midlands area since returning to it in 1990, after a period working in Humberside and Lincolnshire.

Nick joined D&P Holt in January 2003 as a Graduate Surveyor working in the Agency Department dealing with sales, lettings and acquisitions across the commercial property spectrum.

Marie Farrell joined D & P Holt in April 2005. She works closely with Martyn Howard in the commercial property management department. She completed her post graduate diploma in surveying at the College of Estate Management and went on to pass her Assessment of Professional Competence to gain Chartered status at the RICS in November 2008. Marie is currenlty on maternity leave and will be returning late 2010.

Mark joined D&P Holt in April 2008 from a London based investment and development consultant where he had worked since graduating with a master’s degree in 2006. Mark completed his RICS training with D&P Holt, becoming a chartered surveyor in 2009. Mark’s primary activities are investment, professional and valuation.
