XL MOTORS, a leading local Accident Repair Centre, has recently acquired 17,000 sq ft on Bedworth Road, Exhall, Coventry.

Formed some 20 years ago by Rob Ally in a small 800 sq ft unit, the company has expanded to where it stands today.

Prior to this move to Bedworth Road, XL Motors were located at Parkside, where local commercial property consultants, D&P Holt, were instructed to acquire this building on behalf of Coventry University and were instrumental in introducing Rob Ally to the new facility on Bedworth Road.

Rob Ally, Director of XL Motors said ‘The move put together by property specialists D&P Holt went extremely well. Having been spread across two smaller sites being on our own self contained site allows us to reduce bottlenecks and vehicles are moved through the bodyshop quicker.

The move was an expansion for XL Motors, and D&P Holt helped us to achieve this. Now up and running at our new facility, we have even been able to employ more staff during a recession. The whole bodyshop feels more relaxed. Everyone is primarily focused on quality which is the point of coming to work here.’

XL Motors, who carry out a large volume of accident repairs on behalf of insurance companies are now able to service more clients and attract new business in their expanded premises.
