Ralph Coleman Takes 40,000 sq ft:

D&P Holt, acting on behalf of Hovedean Properties, are delighted to have let the former Rank Hovis McDougal Premises at 2 Gresham Road on Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, to Ralph Coleman International (RCI) on a new 10 year lease at a headline rent of £176,500 per annum (£4.28 per sq ft).

Soon after getting possession of the property the building was unfortunately broken into and serious damage created by the intruders meaning that the whole of the office area and other parts of the premises had to be refurbished by the Landlord...

Successful Letting at Seven Stars:

Jaguar Land Rover is to create a major international training centre in Warwick.

The vehicle manufacturer, which was recently bought out by Tata Motors, has taken a lease on the former Books for Students building at Bird Road, Heathcote through property consultants D&P Holt.

It will use the 50,000 sq ft building to house a joint technical academy which will replace current operations at Gaydon and Castle Bromwich...
