Existing property owners to advise on utilisation of buildings to maximise their efficient use and make possible the letting/sale of surplus land and buildings and provide financial appraisals and supoprt.

Acting for developers and institutions in identifying development opportunities and and in particular, those involving urban regeneration projects in recognition of the Government's drive for urban renewal and regeneration working with local councils and regional bodies.

Investment D&P Holt advise a number of major pension funds, institutions, trusts and private investors on their property investment requirements and investment strategies. Through our active development involvement we are able to introduce investments to investors from time to time and are actively searching the market to match requirements with availability.

Full valuaton and market reports are prepared for prospective purchasers prior to purchase and an ongoing management and monitoring service is offered.
