120 NEW HOMES TO BE DEVELOPED IN COVENTRY

More than 100 new homes will be developed on a site in Coventry after Holt Commercial supported the acquisition of the land.
Wain Homes was introduced to a site in Banner Lane in the city, which was previously occupied by Bruker, by Holt Commercial Managing Director Peter Holt.
Wain Homes will now create 120 new homes on the 12 acre area and the first completions are expected in the new year.
The £37 million development will feature two, three and four bedroom properties.
West Midlands Managing Director, Andy Peters, said “Banner Lane is an exciting scheme for us, situated on the western fringe of Coventry. It’s just a six minute train ride to the city centre from Tile Hill station located less than a mile from the site.
It is also bordered by greenbelt and close to the popular residential villages of Meriden and Balsall Common with excellent accessibility to Birmingham City Centre, Birmingham Airport and the M42 and M6 motorways.”
Peter Holt said “We were delighted to introduce the site to Wain Homes having had local knowledge and previous dealings with Bruker.
It will mean the creation of much needed new homes in the region and is an excellent use of a brownfield site.”
