A new £2.5 million development of two drive-thru restaurants will get underway in the New Year in Evesham.
 
Portway Investments Ltd, in conjunction with Ziran Land Ltd as development managers, has purchased a prominent site at Twyford Services Evesham from Wellesbourne Properties to construct two restaurants which are pre-let to Costa Coffee and KFC.
 
Work on the site will begin early in January 2019 with a target completion in early May creating an investment with a value in excess of £2.5m.
 
Holt Commercial acted for Portway in the deal while Molineux Rose acted for Wellesbourne.
