The letting of Unit 2, Gresham Road, Nuneaton to Brose UK Limited on a 3 year lease term at a rent of £5.50 per sq ft.
Acting for a private investor, D&P Holt were involved in helping with refurbishment after vacation by Ralph Coleman International and agreeing terms early enough to allow Brose to take the facility within a few days of vacation of the building by Ralph Coleman International.
This facility is one of a few that Brose have taken up over the last 2-3 years, including 77,000 sq ft on Foleshill Enterprise Park, 42,000 sq ft on the Grovelands Industrial Estate and now 42,000 sq ft at Gresham Road, Nuneaton.
Brose UK are suppliers to the motor industry with customers including JLR, Toyota and Nissan, and, with improving orders, are looking to expand their UK headquarters facility on the Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Coventry, by 110,000 sq ft. Work is due to commence thereon in the next month or two and will provide a total facility of circa 250,000 sq ft.
