A new Costa Coffee Drive-Thru has been completed in Hampshire.

Chase Commercial Ltd created the new outlet at the Andover Business Park following the previous successful Costa unit the company developed at Triangle Park in Gloucester.

The completed investment has been sold to Wulstan Capital in a deal of £1.14 million after Costa agreed a 15 year Lease on the 1,800 sq ft property at £38 per sq ft.

Julian Meredith, Director at Chase Commercial, said “It’s great to have successfully completed another Drive-Thru outlet for Costa.  Having created a good working relationship with Costa we are already looking at further opportunities for more units and seeking more.”

Holt Commercial acted for Chase Commercial on the deal, which is the second asset Wulstan have purchased from Chase.
