We are delighted to act for Richborough Estates, who have secured a promotion agreement in December 2014 with a major land owner (75 acres) in Dickens Heath, with potential for a residentially based scheme which will be promoted through the Solihull Local Plan.
We are also acting for a landowner at Rowley’s Green in relation to a site of more than 70 acres. Planning consent was recently gained for the development of 43 houses on a small element of the land, and Bellway are now on site. Gallagher Estates has entered into a promotion agreement on the remaining land.
