D&P Holt appointed by LFE Holdings Limited.

D&P Holt has been appointed managing agent on behalf of LFE Holdings Limited, of its property portfolio at Curriers Close, Coventry.

The Estate comprises industrial and office units, which are let to tenants including LFE Engineering, Weathershield, Thomas Sanderson, Colledge & Morley, Worley Coaches, Taylor Construction, MNB Engineering and two telecom operators.

Following, an initial appraisal of the portfolio, we are now striving to maximise asset value for the client. The vacant space at the Estate is being actively marketed and there has been a strong interest in the office space already.
