Holt Commercial has completed the sale of an industrial property in Coventry for £660,000.

The former Fosse Precision factory on East Street was sold on behalf of a pension fund by Ross Bendall, Senior Surveyor at Holt Commercial, to a private buyer.

The property, which is just over 12,000 sq ft lies about half a mile from Coventry city centre and included a series of workshops and offices as well as the main factory building and associated yard areas.  Part of the site also includes a telecoms mast let to a communications provider.

Ross said “We are delighted to have finally completed this deal on behalf of our client, which demonstrates that the healthy demand for industrial property remains strong, both on a freehold and leasehold basis.  More replacement stock is always needed to satisfy the interest that is out there.”
