Holt Commercial has secured the investment sale of three industrial properties on behalf of a private client.
The three units at Binns Close, Canley, total more than 14,500 sq ft and were purchased for £840,000. All three of the industrial units are let, generating £64,350 in income, and the sale reflects a return of 7.26% after costs.
Binns Close is situated off Torrington Avenue, which is close to the A45, providing easy road access right across the region.
