Holt Commercial has achieved further success in the drive thru market.

David Allen, Director of Holt Commercial, acted for Tansor Ziran Projects in the sale of a Costa drive thru on Hedon Road in Hull to a private pension fund client of Graham +Sibbald.  AP Investment acted jointly for the purchaser.

Costa has taken a 15 year lease with five yearly RPI reviews on the property which was developed by Tansor Ziran Projects together with a BP Pulse EV Charging Hub which it has retained.  The site is situated next to an existing Lidl.
