More deals brewing as Holt Commercial acts on Costa Drive-thru

Holt Commercial is raising a cappuccino cup after advising on the creation of new Costa Coffee Drive-thru in Hampshire.
David Allen, Director of Holt Commercial, acted on behalf of Chase Commercial which is creating a new outlet at the Andover Business Park. The overall capital commitment is £1.15 million and the development is being funded by Wulstan Capital. Costa Coffee has agreed a 15 year Lease on the property, with practical completion expected in the early autumn.
David Allen said “This is a very strong area of the market and we can foresee many more deals of this nature coming forward. We are pleased to have worked with Chase Commercial on this deal and that everyone involved is very happy with the outcome.”
Julian Meredith, Director at Chase Commercial, said it followed another recent development on behalf of Costa.
He said “We are delighted to construct another Drive-thru for Costa shortly after concluding the last at Metz Way in Gloucester. We are now working with Costa to seek further opportunities.”
