Holt Commercial will continue to offer a full range of property services, including the viewing of available properties in line with the latest Government guidance.

 

The new lockdown rules, which came into force on January 5, will see the majority of the Holt Commercial team working from home on a day-to-day basis.  The office phoneline continues to be answered, while the team are available on their mobile phones and emails.

 

Nick Holt, Director of Holt Commercial, said “These are obviously extremely challenging times for everyone but, with a few changes to our working practices, it is as close as possible to being business as usual for the team here.

 

Property viewings are permitted and we will be carrying those out in a Covid-secure way.  We are also able to carry out property inspections where we will work with the occupier of a building to ensure that it can be undertaken in a safe and secure way.
 

We are all looking forward to a return to something like normality but, until such time, we will work within guidance to carry on offering an essential service to our clients.
 

And, despite the current climate, we are still seeing deals being done and a strong demand for commercial property services across the board.”
