The car park, at Redgrave Close, Crosspoint Business Park, was bought in an off-market deal from a private property company.

It is 0.9 acres providing 140 spaces and let to Coventry Building Society who occupy nearby Cooper House and Fletcher House.

David Allen, Director of Holt Commercial, who acted alongside fellow Director, Jon Moore, said “The site is ideally situated to either continue as a car park serving the two buildings occupied by Coventry Building Society or could be redeveloped for small industrial units for which there is substantial demand in Coventry.”
