It’s a case of AO, let’s go, on an industrial property in Coventry thanks to Holt Commercial.
Nick Holt, Director of Holt Commercial, has let the 14,032 sq ft property on Herald Way, Binley to Expert Logistics – the logistics arm of delivery firm AO.com – on behalf of the Landlord on a 10 year Lease.
The property features a substantial secure yard, nine repair bays and a working height of 5.5 metres to the eaves as well as having excellent access to the regional road network via the A46.
