D&P Holt has recently completed the freehold sale of an 8,500 sq. ft. industrial warehouse unit on the Bidavon Industrial estate, Bidford, South Warwickshire. We acted on behalf of a private pension fund. The modern unit has been acquired by Viezu Technologies Limited to accommodate their continuing expansion and as their new headquarters facility. Rupert Gillitt, Director commented “ We are particularly pleased to help Viezu Technologies in its continued expansion and are also pleased to report we are instructed to let two further units on the Estate, totalling 9,500 sq. ft. ”
