Holt Commercial has attracted two major trade suppliers to a newly-built trade counter property in Coventry.
The commercial property specialist has agreed leases with Toolstation and Screwfix at WB8, a new 8,300 sq ft development on Herald Way in the city.
Holt Commercial acted on behalf of the owner/developer that created the new property after the previous building on the site was hit by fire.
Both Screwfix and Toolstation have agreed 10 year leases, with a five year break clause, at rents of circa £10.00 per sq ft.
