MANAGEMENT SUCCESS FOR HOLT COMMERCIAL

A Coventry industrial estate is fully let – and is proving to be a major success story for Holt Commercial.
Luke Hedderwick, of Holt Commercial, took over the management of Curriers Close in 2014 and the area is now thriving and is providing record income levels to the owners of the site.
It is home to a variety of occupiers including LFE Engineering, Worley Coaches, Godiva Scaffolding, Thomas Sanderson and Weathershield. There are 18 units in total as well as two telecommunication masts and two parking licences.
Luke said the estate’s success was down to a commitment and communication with tenants. He said “We took on the management of Curriers Close four years ago and have worked hard to ensure that it achieves its potential. Since then, we’ve been attracting new tenants and working with existing tenants on rent renewals, as well as managing the area to ensure it is a great place from which to do business for the occupiers. We keep in close contact with tenants as good communication is key with businesses."
