A property has been made available on a popular Coventry industrial estate and could be the latest in a string of successes there for commercial agents Holt Commercial.

Unit 9, Spitfire Close at Coventry Business Park is an industrial/warehouse property which is available to let and offers 8,745 sq ft of warehouse and office accommodation. 

The unit offers generous eaves height and is available for immediate occupation.

Its listing follows on from a recent run of deals done by Holt Commercial on Spitfire Close which began last summer with the sale of Unit 18 to a local investor.  

That 3,753 sq ft property was then subsequently let on a five year lease to a growing food and packaging business.

Earlier this month, Holt Commercial concluded a ten year deal with industrial weighing specialist Coventry Scale Company Limited on Unit 8, Spitfire Close, which is a 4,331 sq ft property.  

And Unit 9 is already attracting strong interest, according to Chris Hobday, Associate at Holt Commercial.

He said “Success is breeding success at Spitfire Close and on the back of three deals, we are now getting strong interest in Unit 9.  This type of modern industrial estate has remained popular and continues to be a strong area of the commercial property market, which has been highlighted by recent achievements here.  The properties are modern, offer excellent working heights and are well located for the regional road network.

On top of the new deals we have done, we’ve also undertaken a lease renewal on behalf of a long-standing client on another 5,500 sq ft unit within the same complex.  The tenant is looking to invest and grow, which again shows the confidence occupiers have in the location and we’re looking forward to concluding further transactions in the near future.”
