Spec Unit Sale at J3 ProLogis Park


News Full Image D&P Holt has completed the sale of Unit J3 ProLogis Park on behalf of Ashford Developments at close to the guide price of £100 per sq ft. 
The unit extends to 27,750 sq ft with an 8m clear working height, on a self-contained 1.5 acre site, and benefits from two full sized loading doors accessed from a self-contained secure yard.  In addition, fully-fitted first floor offices of 2,750 sq ft with raised floors, LED lighting and lift access are installed.
The purchasers, RAM Enterprises, expanded onto the park eight years ago into a unit of 15,000 sq ft at Colonnade Point and is now expanding its operation further into this self-contained facility, which more than doubles their storage capacity.
D&P Holt has put RAM Enterprises’ existing unit Under Offer, with completion expected shortly.
D&P Holt agreed the sale on behalf of Ashford Developments during construction and was delighted to be able to complete the deal soon after practical completion of the unit.
